relying on the Joint Laboratory of intelligent distribution application and key equipment of Hunan Electric Power Research Institute, this assembly line was built and put into operation in April 2017. It is the first automatic detection assembly line of intelligent distribution terminals in China to realize stable engineering operation. Through the comprehensive application of IOT technology and machine human technology, it can realize the automatic feeding, automatic testing, automatic unloading of intelligent distribution terminals, and automatic correlation output of detection reports, Automatic sorting of unqualified products and other links, and automatic detection of the whole process can greatly liberate the detection labor force, improve the detection efficiency by 300 mm, and often need to add synergetics to the accuracy and impartiality of the detection results
up to now, the assembly line has completed the testing of more than 10 types of intelligent distribution terminals with different product models, and the testing efficiency has been increased from 15 sets/day of manual testing to 100 sets/day, which can fully meet the testing needs of massive terminal equipment in Hunan Province, and effectively support the intelligent construction of distribution in Hunan Province
